The Bank has a purpose built Training & Development Centre spread over 3 acres of land and is situated in the middle of the Pakistani countryside surrounded by lush green fields on the bank of Bahawalpur Canal. The environment that is most conducive for Learning & Development activities is extremely captivating. The Centre is equipped with modern training technologies and facilities that include training halls with a capacity to accommodate over 100 trainees, computer labs for hands-on IT and other training.
The Centre also has a residential block that can accommodate over 60 trainees and 05 trainers at a time. Recreational facilities such as a swimming pool, a badminton court with all necessary equipment, a cricket kit, TV lounge, cricket ground, etc. are also available.
The orchard at our training premises contains a variety of fruit trees like, mango, citrus, berries, figs, grapes etc.
Primarily, our training centre caters for learning & development needs of our bank�s staff in different categories. The facility also offers services to other organizations for their learning & development activities.
Training programs for bank staff are conducted in the light of TNA exercise and on specific needs of our line managers. Modules for such trainings are developed by highly experienced and qualified faculty with the consultation and under the guidance of our line management. The faculty from our Centre, experienced bankers from field and external renowned n consultants conduct training.
